Bio
Jonathan Goodman is the Founder & CEO of Halyard Consulting. Strategy-first since 2010, he led Halyard’s evolution from a web development firm (e-commerce, SEO, and content) to a consulting partner delivering ethical, AI-powered transformation starting in 2023. Jonathan blends systems thinking, UX clarity, and pragmatic automation to help public agencies, schools, nonprofits, and SMBs modernize without losing their human core.
He’s known for turning messy, multi-stakeholder challenges into clear roadmaps and milestone-driven delivery.
