Supervised support for product workflows, operational documentation, and responsible uses of AI-enabled systems.
DoD SkillBridge at Halyard Consulting
Halyard Consulting provides a structured training opportunity for eligible transitioning service members seeking practical experience in consulting, responsible artificial intelligence, product development, research, operations, and institutional modernization through the Department of Defense SkillBridge program.
Participation requires approval through the service member’s military branch and applicable SkillBridge process.
About the Program
Halyard’s SkillBridge experience may provide supervised, project-based exposure to business and organizational strategy, AI-enabled product development, prompt engineering, research, operational documentation, product testing, marketing and communications, business development research, responsible technology adoption, and consulting operations.
Assignments depend on Halyard’s priorities, the candidate’s background, transferable military experience, supervision capacity, project suitability, confidentiality, security, and access requirements.
Translating Military Experience
Service members may bring experience in leadership, accountability, logistics, planning, process discipline, operations, risk awareness, communication, documentation, adaptability, teamwork, and mission focus.
Halyard does not assume that every service member has every capability. The firm evaluates each individual’s experience, interests, goals, learning needs, and potential fit with available supervised work.

Duration, hours, schedule, supervision, and check-in arrangements are established for the individual opportunity and applicable approval process. Halyard does not promise a fixed duration, schedule, location, or work arrangement.
Important Program Information
The Halyard DoD SkillBridge program is a training opportunity, not a promise of a paid Halyard position. Compensation, benefits, duty status, and other military-status matters are governed by the participant’s military service and approved SkillBridge arrangement, not guaranteed by Halyard Consulting.
Participation does not guarantee future employment, future compensation, certification, a recommendation letter, client interaction, access to confidential materials, or any other professional outcome.
